(member creation)
 Download now (884K)
The title says it all! This recipe book is jam packed with recipes that will help you use up ingredients you already have. Compiled by Claire M. from recipes posted in the 'Waste not, want not' and 'I will last a month without a grocery shop!' threads. The 'Waste not, want not' threads were started by Lauren (NZ) when she realised she could quite comfortably live off the food in her kitchen, and not step foot in a supermarket for quite some time!
